Looking for recommended builders / renovation team – Antigny (86310), near Saint-Savin

We're looking for a reliable, experienced builder or small team to take over some renovation work on our old French house in Antigny.

The initial main jobs are:

• Plastering two large rooms, including walls and ceilings as required.
  
• Installing a new bathroom, including all plumbing, a walk-in shower, bath, basin, waterproofing and tiling.
  

Ideally experienced with older French properties who can manage both jobs, although we'd consider separate specialists. Obviously registered, unsured etc. 

We're interested in personal recommendations from people who've actually used the builders, rather than just advertisements.

English-speaking would be helpful but isn't essential.
We are good employees and pay promptly, excellent conditions!
Can also provide accommodation on site.
