Leclerc cash accumulater & points.

Can anyone please tell me how Leclerc points work ?
Went to desk & I thought they had converted my 404 points to cash
discount available on my card.
Now - points have been cleared , but no discount added ?

I don't use mine much but last time I redeemed it, I just told the cashier I wanted to use the balance on the card. I think I said "j'aimerais enlever cette carte, s'il vous plait."

And my bill was then reduced by nearly 2 Euros!

Thank you Brian. It was not the accumulated cash I was referring to. There is also a Points accumulation.
I had 404 points (over about 5 years use.) I went to the main desk & they cleared the points from my card & I was under the impression that it had been converted to a cash availability on my card.But.....no such luck , so I am at a loss to understand what it was all about ?

My daughter was paying for her goods in Leclerc a few days back. The cashier excitedly told her she had won a prize and to take her receipt to reception. She obviously passed the pleasure on to me, on her behalf. so I handed the receipt in to see what the prize was. 
It was a booklet on the Tour de France. We're still getting over the excitement 

On the plus side we also won a pack of chipolatas in Lidl

Sorry - my mistake. I did not know about the points - I just gave the card to the cashier and magically saved €2. To be honest, it seemed like a poor return for all the info they collected about me and my shopping habits...
