Rotavator hire

I need to dig over some bits of garden - a total of about 500 square metres. As I need to get it done within a week or two I need some mechanical assistance.
Buying a suitable machine would cost €400 - €500 but at least I'd have it for future use. Leroy Merlin hire them but at €75 per day.

Does anyone know a lower cost place where I could hire one? Ideally €100 per week or less...

Hi All
We have been looking to hire a ride on lawnmower so we can enjoy our time in France rather than spending two weeks cutting the grass,and up till now have had no luck whatsoever.
However ,have just come across a website for equip jardin https://www.equipjardin.com/fr/content/7-nos-magasins which is apparently situated on the Avenue du General De Gaulle in Montmorillon and appears to rent all kinds of garden equipment,and even deliver if need be.
Haven't had a chance to try them out yet as back in the UK at present,so any feedback would be welcome indeed.

Well I never - what an excellent find. I had no idea they were there so thank you for posting the link.
Regarding the rotavator, I asked a neighbour if he could recommend a source and he immediately lent me his, so I am now happily rotavating to my heart's content.

Called into Equipjardin this morning but he doesn't have any rotavators for hire - some very expensive ones for sale though! He thought none were available for hire in Montmorillon. Looks like it might have to be a days hire from Leroy Merlin = ouch! unless I can borrow one from someone on the forum please?
