Plumber

Has anyone got any recommendations for a plumber please? We already have the number for one bloke, who has said he will fix a leak for us. I think he is doing the job for us, but now haven't heard back from him. Just in case, we could do with some other recommendations please.

Can't help I do my own.

Just be careful there are some dodgy Brits about masquerading as plumbers and giving a bad name to those that have registered and pay their dues.

If you can do basic DIY fixing a leak yourself may not be as hard as you think, depending on where it is and what type of leak if you can do it yourself there is a lot of information on the internet and the local DIY stores are always happy to help if you can explain the problem.

If you're not up to DIY some basic handyman may be able to do it for you, but again be careful.

Thanks Fred, got someone sorting it. Other half will be doing the in house leaky bits, but it was the outside needed sorting first. Good advice about knowing who you're using though.
