I've just found this forum when searching Google for Montmorillon.

Myself and my fiance will be getting married in Montmorillon in August 2017 but as we don't live there we would be grateful for any recommendations of accommodation for our guests or anything that might be useful for our big day.

Our daughter got married here last year so we have some useful contacts for catering and entertainment, flowers etc.

For accommodation in Montmorillon, the Hotel de France on Boulevard Strasbourg is clean and not expensive.  It also had a superb restaurant (Le Lucullus).

How much info do you need? For example, I don't want to bombard you with all the legal stuff if you already have it sorted.

For a place to stay you could try looking at La Brasserie -a B and B within walking distance of the centre of Montmorillon.  But there again, I assume you'll have a car with you.

Everybody I've spoken to has said it is a fab big old house with lovely rooms.
