Free WIFI Montmorillon area

Does anyone know of any free WIFI you can use in the Montmorillon area?

Please post here and I will edit this post as they come in. This will be very helpful to visitors and locals alike, especially if like me you can still only get dial-up.

Don't restrict it to just Montmorillon but keep within the area and it must be free. *if you spot any mistakes please let me know.

Grand Poitiers invested € 35,000 and gave the contract to a Normande business , Nomotech , who installed antennas and manages the site.

No postings on this topic for a while - thought it may be worth resurrecting as the warm season approaches and our thoughts turn to our 2015 visits to our house...........

Has anyone encountered any more free Wifi spots around Monmorillon?

I've noticed the CPA at Lathus are now advertising it in their bar by the river - has anyone tried this?
