That sound great.
We are still bungling through the language, well limping really, but it all adds to the challenge. I'm heading off to town now so I'll see if Isobel is about. Hope to let you know asap Smile
Take care,
Sheridan

I have been told that line rental is included in the price that I quoted from Free.
The website is free.fr and landline calls are included to 180..ish countries for free. However, they are having difficulty finding our line at the moment so still a way to go. Hope this helps Fred. Will update as and when...

Did you try https://www.degrouptest.com/ I don't think they have Free on there but it will tell you what's available and give you your line length.

The Free deal sounds good, but the only worry I would have would be the service if something went wrong with the line as they must still be Orange lines. Would Orange repair their customers first Rolleyes

I hope it goes well and look forward to your update.

Thanks Thumb

Thanks Fred. Have just checked degroup out on my neighbours line and it seems ok. Still main problem is getting any telephone company to believe that the TWO telephone lines i can clearly see going from the main cable along the road to our house are not a figment of my imaginationSmile I may send a photo Big Grin
