Sorry my French is not up to arguments on the phone, in person yes but not on the phone. Hence I stuck with Orange they have an English speaking line, makes arguing easier. 
Rosie I cant vouch for her myself but I have heard there is a lady in the Estate agents on the square that helps out the Brits with French problems, don't know the name of it but it's on the corner with a blue shop front I think.
Maybe be worth a try, but like I say I've not used her so couldn't comment.
