Hiya,
The gardem centre at L'Isle Jordain sells chickens.
In a lovely sort of way you can view before you buy because the little buggers are happily running round clucking away to themselves.
About 10€ for a big fat brown one.
Other than that, I know nothing about chickens. Other than they're nice to eat. Especially in a curry.
