According to the local rag the race hits Montmorillon at about 1500 - coming from St Savin - and goes thru Lathus at 1516. No messing about here.  It actually states 1516!!!!!!!!

Great news for the area.  

Myself and Madame Admiral already have plans in place for a burger/banger and chips stand plus proper beer.
