Hiya Clubby.
The butchers shop in Montmorillon - on the four-way junction going toward Leclerc etc - will usually supply raw bones if you make yourself very clear about what you want. And I mean very clear. You'll probably get a funny look or two but I reckon he'll come up with the goods.
For me he is a very good source of pig skin - or crackling to the rest of us.
He just thinks you're mad for wanting something our French chums view as waste.
