I received this letter but was unsure what to do, the abonnement per month on the new contract is 8,97 euro but on my bill is 7,770 ! Am I missing something here ?
Also my HP cost at the moment is 0.097900 and the new one is 0.1442 and for HC it is currently 0.073800 but the new rate is 0.1182.
Can someone please explain how it is 10% cheaper and if they can I will send my letter off.
