Hello to Ryan, and to Mrs Ryan. We bought our place in La Trimouille in November '15 and since then have been back and forth from here in the UK. Ours too is a holiday home, whilst it's being renovated, with plans to move there in next few years.
Good luck with your new home too. I hope you get further on with yours than we have
