I am totally flummoxed by that website.
How much more difficult can they make it? Who said the inter web makes life easier? Nothing beats going into an office and talking to a living breathing person.
If this is going to be the eventual outcome of the cuts in the civil service proposed by M. Macron, then gawd help us all.
I have found a tame French youth who has promised to help me out with it BUT she says friends of hers using it are still waiting months down the line for anything to happen.
On the other hand, I might just take the car back to Angleterre.
