Welcome to the forum Catfish - we certainly hope you'll continue to like the forum.
Not so sure myself about what's open on Sundays (I'm away working overseas) but I'm sure some of the other 'locals' will pop along shortly and give you an update.
The major supermarkets normally open at the very least on a Sunday morning, but do be prepared for the town to be a bit of a ghost town as is normal in rural France.
