Masks when outside

I was just reading that we have to wear masks outside, I didn't know it was compulsory in all areas, I thought it was just large towns.

Not sure if we have to wear one to go across the road to our garden, but it does look like we have to wear one in our village. .......................................... Must be to protect the odd sheep we may bump into as it's not the people.  

What??!!!!

For goodness sake

I couldn't access the map but will assume the worst as I have close neighbours who would love to report me for not wearing a mask in my own garden.
