I find that when I ring them to make an appointment, in my limited French, they usually take over and finish my sentence in English. There are a few people there who like to practice their English on you and I'm trying to speak to them in French, so between us we get by.
Lovely vets and staff and highly recommend. Good luck

Thank you, Jane. I could probably manage making the appointment in French but it's the description of problems that worries me!! Molly, my cat, has been going to Le Dorat but although they are very kind, I just find them a bit blinkered & as a result she now has full blown hyperthyroidism when I suspected it last year! Anyway, thanks again for your input, & will give them ago! ☺️
