I haven't bought the dried soya protein chunks or mince for... decades!

I don't remember seeing it in any local shops but it is available online at several suppliers.

I haven't checked, but it may be worth a look in Cannelle-Citron on the Avenue de l'Europe (opposite the Robuchon Renault dealership).
