With regard to health insurance, I can recommend Fab Insurance.

It's run by a very knowledgeable chap called Fabien. The company is fluent in English, and are excellent at recommending the right product to suit your needs.

Thanks for the welcome Brian...forgot to say that earlier. Also thank you so much for that link for fab insurance. Just spoke with Marianne there, who is English speaking too, so that helped greatly and we are going with them. Much more reasonable than what we found so far.
