From what I've heard fibre tends to be very reliable so let's hope you won't need to bother the helpline in the near future!

They did phone us whilst he was here and asked if he had turned up.

A question for anyone that has fiber, the download speed is slower than the upload speed. Is this normal as with the ADSL the download was faster than the upload, it's no big deal as it's whizzing along nicely but just thought I would ask.
