Couldn't agree more. Who wouldn't prefer a pot plant to say, several hundred cartons of Marlboro, dozens of cases of Cotes Du Rhone and lots of prescription drugs?

The latest outrage, or so I hear, happened at La Terrase, aka Kim's tearooms in the middle of Monty. Someone deliberately fractured the mains gas pipe leading into the building. Much Gendarme and Pompier activity in the middle of night. Thumbsdown
