I usually just go at it with a scrubbing brush and household cleaner or bleach, I've heard people say Vinegar or Baking Soda works.
I don't think all black mold is dangerous, but as it's a type of fungus you should probably wear a mask while cleaning as it could possibly cause problems in large amounts. But I'm no expert and I suppose it depends how much you have and how often it keeps coming back.
Hopefully someone else will have a better answer, as I'd be interested too.
